Founded in 2011 Good Eggs launched with initial excitement and a revolutionary business model, only to be followed by major challenges and a fiercely competitive market.
We worked side-by-side with the team at Good Eggs to refine the brand strategy and bring it to life: crafting the manifesto and brand pillars, creating a new tone of voice, designing their new product experiences, and we even got to redesign their vans.
We're happy to report that customer acquisition and retention are up since we launched the refreshed brand.
